The Ardent Approach

We believe that mentoring a proven social entrepreneur is one way to experience 100x impact. What would it be like if every hour of your mentoring produced 100 times that effort in blessings in the lives of others? The Ardent Approach will help you assess your mentoring abilities and zone in on growth opportunities, tapping into new ideas, resources, and tools. The Ardent Approach will multiply your impact in and through your mentee’s enterprises. At the same time, we have found that this process will likely enhance your ability to mentor those you love most around you: adult children, son and daughters-in-law, nieces and nephews, your friends, children, and ultimately grandchildren…a priceless additional value! This onboarding has three parts. 1. Take the self-assessment and identify your strengths and potential areas for growth. 2. Work through the content in the 7 modules. Each module only takes 5-10 minutes. 3. A 60-minute conversation with other Ardent Mentors facilitated by an Ardent Champion Mentor to discuss any questions you have and areas you would like to strengthen.
