The essence of this skill is to end your conversations by reflecting on what you have heard your mentee say as you have used questions and stories to uncover the challenges and opportunities they face and ask them to confirm the action steps they plan to take to move forward.

Often the most significant obstacle within an entrepreneur's pathway to success is a failure of the imagination. As their mentor, our role is not to solve the problem for them but to provide them with the space, courage, and impetus to begin the creative process.

Mentoring can have a long gestation period. It can be decades before you see the real compounding impact of your efforts. So we have a system to help you capture the results in the near term both empirically and in the softer form of a story.
