Sheeba Philip is the Founder and CEO of Impart Group, a global strategy firm that helps CEOs and investors accelerate growth through deep discernment and world-class operating expertise. Before launching Impart Group, Sheeba spent more than twenty-five years leading inside some of the world’s most recognized organizations. She managed global brands like OREO, helped lead the digital transformation of JCPenney, and later served as CEO of Akola, where she helped pioneer a social enterprise model that created dignified employment for women in East Africa.
Today, Sheeba also serves as a Venture Partner with the Jeremiah Fund and advises entrepreneurs through the Praxis Redemptive Venture Accelerator, where she works with founders building companies that pursue both excellence and lasting impact.
