Henry Kaestner
Henry Kaestner is the Co-Founder of Faith Driven Entrepreneur and Faith Driven Investor, global movements serving entrepreneurs and investors through content, community, and connections. He is also a Co-Founder and Partner at Sovereign’s Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm investing in faith-driven entrepreneurs in the U.S. and Southeast Asia.
Before launching these initiatives, Henry co-founded Bandwidth and served as its CEO and later Chairman. Together with its sister company, Republic Wireless, the businesses grew from $0 to more than $600 million in revenue, with Bandwidth ultimately going public on the Nasdaq. From the beginning, Henry and his co-founder built the company around four core values: Faith, Family, Work, and Fitness.
Henry’s experience building companies, investing in entrepreneurs, and working with leaders around the world has shaped his perspective on ambition, stewardship, and what it truly means to succeed. Through Faith Driven Entrepreneur and Faith Driven Investor, he challenges leaders to think beyond financial returns and consider how entrepreneurship and capital can help solve some of the world’s greatest problems and advance human flourishing.
