A conversation with Florentine Ansah-Asare
Florentine Ansah-Asare is the Country Director of Edify Ghana, where she works to strengthen low-fee independent Christian schools through business training, access to loan capital, technology, and biblically integrated education. She is also deeply involved with the Flourishing Godly Leaders Network, helping equip leaders to lead with integrity, resilience, and vision.

Florentine's path to this work has crossed education, economics, and international development. She studied the economics of education in China, worked in international translation, and later served as Edify's Program Lead for Impact Assessment, where she helped evaluate the organization's impact across both measurable outcomes and less tangible areas such as character development and spiritual transformation.

Her experience working alongside school owners, organizational leaders, and executives has shaped her perspective on what it takes for both leaders and communities to truly flourish. She has seen firsthand that sustainable impact requires more than strong strategies and operational results. It also requires leaders who are grounded in their faith, resilient through demanding seasons, connected to others, and able to pursue ambition without losing sight of their calling.

In this conversation, Florentine will explore what flourishing leadership looks like in practice, from aligning faith, ambition, and calling to measuring transformational impact and building the relationships leaders need to thrive for the long haul. Join us for a thoughtful discussion on faith-driven leadership, sustainable impact, and building stronger communities.
